After graduating business school, Oliver started his client-facing Salesforce consulting career in 2014. In 2017, he founded his first Salesforce consultancy (Everpeak Partners) which he grew from $0 to 7-figures ARR before selling to private equity in 2023. In his 12 year career in the Salesforce consulting space, Oliver has worked with more than 300 clients to grow revenue and streamline their processes on the Salesforce platform. With deep, hands-on experience in the ecosystem, he now helps businesses grow smarter and more sustainably by bringing proven expertise in sales, delivery, systems, and scaling operations through Clarity Consulting.

Experienced analyst with a strong background in business development, data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in analytical thinking, communication, Salesforce and product management with a proven ability to support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Kyle holds a B. Comm in Management Information Systems.

Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development at Clarity Consulting, Darren leverages over a decade of elite production and marketing expertise to architect high-growth strategies for clients. Darren’s distinguished career includes 12 years as an Executive Producer delivering major initiatives for iconic brands like Nike, BMW, Capital One, Puma, and Keen, alongside extensive tenure as a MarComm leader in the non-profit space. This unique intersection of commercial creative execution and purpose-driven strategy allows him to look at CRM and revenue operations through a truly holistic lens. Darren is dedicated to helping businesses clear out operational bottlenecks, maximize their Salesforce investments, and drive meaningful market impact.

Jerry

Consultant

A Salesforce solution architect with comprehensive experience in agile project management, analyzing, integrating, and deploying multi-national projects involving Salesforce Sales, service, field service, and data warehousing. I have experience in managing and configuring the delivery of a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) implementation, including Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. I have been responsible for performing needs assessments, designing solution architecture, improving the product catalog for CPQ and commerce, and conducting quality assurance testing.

Tai is a Salesforce Consultant and Senior Developer with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for organizations across a variety of industries. He specializes in Salesforce development, system integrations, and solution architecture using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). He has experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient Salesforce implementations.

Richard holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Chemistry, along with a Post-Baccalaureate in Data Science and Business Analytics, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Data Science. He combines strong analytical skills with technical problem-solving to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
